Michael G. Rabinowitz is a Managing Shareholder for Banker Lopez Gassler’s South Florida First Party Litigation Group. Mr. Rabinowitz handles defense of first and third party tort and contract claims including auto, property, personal injury, PIP, fraud and general liability claims. Mr. Rabinowitz is also familiar with the intricacies of workers’ compensation insurance law. His experience includes appellate law, permanent total claims, Medicare Set Aside issues, and coverage issues involving the construction industry.
